The Eben Ice Caves are about 45 minutes drive from Marquette. Depending on the snow conditions you hike in on foot or snowshoes. Once you get near the caves you will switch to cleats and hike the rest of the way (about 30 minutes one way).
You will be surprised by the ever changing beauty of the frozen waterfalls and be in awe of the walk through caves behind the giant ice columns! These ice caves are a favorite for the locals who have been visiting them annually throughout generations.
I am sorry, this is not accessible for most clients with a physical disability (Having said that - my 80 year old mother went in with some support).
